Since I’ve been less than successful in convincing the BF to help me study for the Praxis (despite the suggestions from Meghan) I figured I could get him to help me out around here. Since he’s a large part of what I blog about (and one of the reasons I started blogging in the first place) I figure I should give you a chance to know him a little better sometimes.
What I would do with a million bucks…
I would first take a very long, extensive vacation across all of Europe. Then I would definitely take minimally what I would need now to live comfortably, and then the rest I would invest. I would probably divide up a sum to give to a few close friends who are good with investments and finance to invest for me, promising them a small return on any profit.
What is your dream job?
My dream job is to work for a professional sports team. Pretty much any sport would do, except Nascar or Major League Soccer. I just think it would be so cool to work for a sports franchise, get free tickets, and be around all of the players on a daily basis.
Who is your celebrity crush?
Either Monica Bellucci or Emmanuelle Chriqui
What is your favorite sports team?
My favorite sports teams would be the Chicago Blackhawks, The Chicago Bears, THE Fighting Illini, and I still have place in my heart somewhere, it’ll come out again, for the Chicago Cubs.
(I love me some hockey, but he never really did manage to hook me on any of the other ones…)
What was your AOL/AIM screen name back in the day?
I think the two main ones I used were Milosentu42 (named after my cat Milo at the time) and IcePenguin3590 (don’t really know how this came about) haha.
If you were an animal, what animal would you be?
If were an animal, it would have to be a Lion. King of the Jungle. Top of the food chain. Nuff said
What is your favorite meal?
My favorite meal would consist of homemade meatballs, fresh crab legs, shrimp pasta, and fresh cornbread. Small portions of each of course. (of course, gotta have small portions if you’re going to eat all that!!)
Do you use any forms of Social Media? What is your favorite?
What would be considered social media here? haha I use Facebook occasionally to keep in contact with people. I don’t use twitter. I snap with the GF frequently. I follow youtube channels? (thank goodness for snapchat or I might never see the guy!)
Beer, wine, liquor, other, or none of the above?
A little of all three? Depends what type of mood I’m in. I’m not solely going to drink beer every time that’s for sure. An ice cold beer is awesome, wine is good for occasions, and sometimes I like whiskey in mixed drinks. So it depends on the purpose for drinking! (nothing wrong with a bit of a good time)

So now you know a bit more about my “better” half (love you) and all I had to do was pull together some photos and make sure to keep the answers PG (okay okay PG-13!!). No Chopped Kitchen Challenge this week (I’m a little short on time to be cooking!) but I’ll have a new challenge up for you guys soon 🙂

That screen name question cracked me up! Luckily I was never beachbabe105 or other catchy names like my friends, but those screen names can sure tell a lot about a person 🙂
